Who runs it once it's live
We do, under the monthly retainer: hosting, uptime monitoring, backups, patching, bug fixes and an allowance of small changes each month.
The infrastructure can sit in your own cloud account so billing and security policy stay with you, or in ours with the running cost itemised. Either way the code is in your repository and the environment is defined in code, so it can be rebuilt from scratch rather than reconstructed from memory.

How long does a custom web application take to build?
A focused first release - one process, the people who use it, the data it needs - is typically live in weeks. Bigger platforms are split into releases so value arrives early.
Will it work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Everything we build is responsive and tested on the devices your team actually uses, including tablets mounted on a counter or in a vehicle.
Can it work offline?
Partly. A web app can cache and tolerate a brief dropout, but genuine offline working - a whole shift with no signal - is the case where we recommend a native app instead.
Can it integrate with our accounting or CRM system?
Yes, and that is usually the point. We connect to Xero, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, warehouse systems and courier APIs, and we can work with older systems that have no API at all.
What happens to our existing spreadsheets?
We use them as the specification, migrate the data that matters, and keep them read-only for a period after launch so nobody feels the ground move.
How many users can it handle?
