Construction

Construction software built around how your sites actually run

Site diaries, RAMS, snagging, time on site and CVR reporting in one system - instead of six apps, a WhatsApp group and a spreadsheet the QS rebuilds every month.

Where it hurts

The usual state of play

Six apps, no joins

One for timesheets, one for snagging, one for documents, and nothing that shows a project in one view.

Evidence in WhatsApp

The photo proving what happened on site is in a group chat somebody left last year.

CVR built by hand

The commercial view is a monthly spreadsheet exercise, which means it is always looking backwards.

Paperwork after the fact

Diaries and inspections written up in the van at six o'clock, or not at all.

Variations lost

Extra work agreed verbally on site and never turned into a chargeable instruction.

No signal on site

Half the tools stop working the moment someone walks into a basement.

Modules

What we build for contractors

  • Site diaries with weather, labour, plant and photos captured on the day
  • RAMS, permits and toolbox talks issued, signed and evidenced on a phone
  • Snagging and defects with photos, locations, owners and close-out evidence
  • Time on site, including geofenced clock-in and subcontractor hours
  • Variations and instructions raised on site and carried through to the valuation
  • Document control with revision history and issue registers
  • CVR and cost-value reporting built from live data rather than a monthly rebuild
  • Subcontractor onboarding, insurance and competency expiry tracking

Non-negotiable

Offline first, or it won't get used

Construction software lives or dies on what happens with no signal. Everything we build for site assumes the connection is unavailable: forms complete, photos capture, signatures record, and it all syncs when the phone finds a network.

The second rule is speed. If logging a defect takes longer than sending a photo to a group chat, people will send the photo to the group chat.

Questions we get asked

Construction software questions

How does it work with no signal on site?

The app holds the data it needs locally, records everything offline including photos and signatures, and syncs automatically when a connection returns.

Can subcontractors use it without a licence each?

Yes. There is no per-seat licence, so giving every subcontractor access costs nothing extra - which is usually the point.

Will it integrate with Sage, Xero or our payroll?

Yes. Timesheets, costs and valuations can flow into the accounting and payroll systems you already run.

We already use several construction apps. Is this a replacement?

Sometimes. Often the better first step is one system for the parts that are specific to you, integrated with the products that already work well.

Tell us what isn't working. We'll tell you what we'd build.

Thirty minutes. Bring the process, the systems it touches and the deadline. You'll leave with an approach and an honest answer on whether custom software is the right call.
