Certificates are the other pressure point. Trades with a statutory certificate requirement - gas, electrical, fire safety - often need a specific format tied to a professional body or regulator, and generic job management software either doesn't generate it or produces something that needs manual reformatting anyway. When does the standard product stop fitting?
